The class is set to your favorite Latin rhythms - featuring dance moves from the Cha Cha, Merengue, Salsa, Samba, and many more into a fun and friendly aerobic environment.
No dance experience or partner necessary.

STRENGTH & STRETCH SERIES
It will incorporate stretching and toning techniques from yoga, Pilates, and standard physical fitness programs.
Duration: 6 weeks
When: Sunday 10:30am - 12pm
Stretching is often overlooked as an important part of our daily lives and our dancing it can improve your dancing, relieve tension, and even help prevent injuries. Toning movements will strengthen your body and improve balance. Please note - no high/intensity, fast paced activity is involved. Modified options are provided for each activity.
