The class is set to your favorite dance rhythms - featuring moves from the Cha Cha, Merengue, Salsa, Samba, and many more into a fun and friendly aerobic environment. No prior dance experience required. Drop-ins welcome!

Isolation & Movement
This ninety-minute class can benefit beginning, intermediate or advanced dancers. It will enhance the nuances of movement and dance by effectively using the correct muscle groups within the body to make your dancing feel even more natural and fluid.
The class will begin by identifying and isolating specific primary and secondary muscles used in ballroom dancing. These muscles will be stretched and strengthened through a series of isolation and compound exercises. The muscle groups will then be immediately applied to a short individual dance sequence. The class will end with a relaxing cool down.
Saturdays starting on Oct. 10th from 9:00-10:30am
